Workout Program:
Well My schedule is really tight like I am sure most of eeryone has, but I do get to the gym about 4 times a week.


Monday: Chest/Arms
Bench
Dips
Military Press
Reverse Grip Bicep Curls
(Some sort of Tricep Isolation)
Dumbell Flys

Tuesday: Legs
Deadlift
Squat
Seated Leg Press
Calf Raises

Wednesday: Back/Shoulders
Wide Grip Pulldowns
Close Grip Pulldowns
Barbell Rows
T-bar Rows
Shrugs
Then I hold a 25 pound weight out in front of me and draw the entire alphabet.

Thursday:Cardio
Run about 3 miles

Friday/Saturday/Sunday: Off

I do abs every day I am in the Gym.
