this was taken 25 pounds later and 6 months of hard work. Im going to cut some now and try to get more defined and drop the belly. I hope to be able to keep growing and maintain the muscle I have.

I think this grew the most! This was done without dead lifting too. Once the fats gone its going to be nice I hope! This was my heaviest close to 215 lbs.

Shoulders are really showing some good gains in size. Ive lost some detail do to a semi bulk to make sure Im feeding myself enough during the Max OT trainning!

My right arm looked smaller in this picture because I didnt have it cocked back enough.....getting more cut dropped what I haope to be about 12 pounds of fat and water..

THE SHOULDERS LOOK TWICE AS SMALL BECAUSE IVE GAINED SO MUCH IN MY ARMS. IM WORKING ON THE LATS VERY HARD TOO SO IM BEGINING TO WIDEN OUT MORE...
