When I Started:
Oct, 2006
How I Started:
I was tired and run down, so I changed my diet to organic clean foods then decided to start getting back in shape so I began running. After that I said damn Im skinny so Ive dove into the life of bodybuilding.
Why I Love It:
Its the ONLY thing in life that is a direct reflection on a persons dedication and mental/physical strengths. Its the best first impression anyone can make. It shows that I dont give up and that I care about being the best I can be. It shows that Im driven and have goals and that Im not lazy.
How I Stay Motivated:
This web site and looking at myself in the mirror. The constant change and feeling of strength. I love the sore pain of muscle building. Its almost a sick obession. I want to test my own boundries and see what I can do.
BB Accomplishments:
well....I had to go buy all new pants and shirts becuase Im getting bigger!
None on a pro level YET.
Forum Signature:
I hope to inspire all-natural BB and show you can go from skinny to huge by hard work and knowlege of the sport. To change the idea of drugs and lifting. It may take longer but I have a point to prove to myself and the world of BB.

Well Im eating a little better and managed to get to the gym everyday this week. I REALLY NEED TO EAT but I feel so down right now. When I get better Ill be back with a vengance and Im focusing on this 100%.
Im 3 weeks into the MAX OT program and Im seeing good gains like I was the first few months of lifting. It leaves you beat and sore all the time but Im growing like no other. Im following exactly as specified. I take off one to two days a week depending on how I feel.
