digguy95 Hey dude! How are you? The thing is you are inspiring to me dude! Seriously admire how hard you work! I wanted to ask you for some advice! I'm overweight and have started the gym some time ago and left it a couple of times. I know, lame! Well, I started back again, focused. I'm dieting and starting to run. I talked to a friend of mine who is a bodybuilder and he told me to focus more on cardio than 'hitting weights. Oct 8, 2012 7:14pm

ciaonici BIA (Bio-Impedance Analysis) - it goes through organ, muscle, bone and visceral fat. So it accounts for more than what a skin fold test reads. It's one of the closest forms of fat estimation, next to underwater weighing. Skin fold testing puts me a lot lower then 18% :) Apr 22, 2012 12:38pm
