I wanted to excel at the sports that I played, and to improve my overall health and wellness. However, as my schedule continued to get busier with school I found that I didn't have time for sports, but with the flexibility of bodybuilding, I found all my time going into the gym. Soon enough I saw the results starting to come in and I've been motivated ever since!
Why I Love It:
The feeling you get when you're done a workout and the quality of life bodybuilding offers. There are both physical and mental benefits to keeping yourself in incredible shape! Receiving compliments from other people, and the feeling of self-confidence it provides allows me to do just about anything!
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by the results I receive and my desire to be better. I don't want to be the average guy with the average life or the average body.
Hard gain and pack on some serious muscle over the next year.
Goal (Long):
My goal is to work-out and train as hard as I can at the gym, and maintain a balanced diet each and every day. With this I hope to generate the results I'm looking for which consist of packing on lean muscle and decreasing my body fat to between 6% and 8%. An ideal image for me is to be 200 pounds at 8% body fat.
I hope to attain this goal by November, 2010.
With sheer hard work, determination and commitment I believe I can accomplish this goal.
A bronze god among men.
His physique is a perfect combination of aesthetics, athleticism and size.
It's evident that there's an unreal work ethic at hand!
My workout consists of a 6 day split:
-Chest
-Legs
-Back
-Arms
-Shoulde rs
-Abs and Weak Points
After completing the split, I'll just start it all over or take a day off depending on how I feel! I'll keep it to between 14 and 16 sets per major muscle group.
