Overall Goal: Just want to pack on as much muscle as possible. I'm over worrying about diet, as long as I eat enough and pack on some size I will be happy!!

Gotta get this done! Hittin' the gym hard tonight and not stopping until I'm MASSIVE!!
I came to realise how fast life is going these days and how I haven't really achieved anything with it. I am 21 years old and although that doesn't make me old, I think if I leave it much longer life will be over and I would have missed all these opportunities. I have always had a passion for bodybuilding, just wasn't sure how to get into it.. I'm still not, but it's what I want to do and I've started something. And as time goes by I will learn how to get the best out of it.
Why I Love It:
I love the way I feel afterwards and the confidence I get after a workout.. I feel like a completely different person. I love knowing that one day I am going to be able to look into the mirror and be able to see what hard work looks like.
How I Stay Motivated:
Looking at all the bodyspace pages and seeing the awesome results people have achieved.. and knowing that if I stick to it, that may be me one day! Also thinking about hitting the stage next year keeps the motivation strong!
BB Accomplishments:
Probably the only accomplishment so far has been putting on over 10KGS.

Goal (Long):
My goal is to weigh between 100-110kgs (210-242lbs) and have a body fat between 5% - 7% and be able to maintain it. I want people to see me in the streets and say "what a f***in' tank!!"..

Well my previous plan didn't really go to plan, hence why I haven't updated for so long. The only think I really succeeded with was to stop drinking energy drinks.. which has started up again unfortunately. Which is why I'm starting to get really pissed off with myself, I don't...
cheers C, always try and be positive above all else. The body can always be improved as long as your in the right frame of mind. My training is going well, mixing things up. Trying new diet techniques to keep the BF down as well.
im still hanging around 73kg. nah i like to mix it up otherwise ur body becomes acustomed to the same old workouts, so every 2 months its recommended to mix it up. i split it
back + shoulders + abs
Chest + Tri's
legs + bi's
then a bit of everything or watever i feel like
i go about 4-5 times a week. cardio not to much, just walking, i wanna bulk at the moment. try and get up to 80 kg but at about 8% body fat. whats your PT got you doin?

nah to be honest it's all about the beach body atm haha but come to think of it... it would help me in sport (aths & tennis). shame about your comp being cancelled. keep it up anyway. speak soon

my trainings going pretty good, gonna start buying supplements and stuff again soon now that ive got the feel of it all back, must stop playing so much poker at the pubs though, too much sugar
