When I Started:
Aug, 2008
How I Started:
Growing up I never worked out.... I never touched a weight till I was in high school and graduated at 125lbs. I played BasketBall every day and raced BMX till I was 20. From then, till I turned 28 things slowley fell apart. I tried to get into shape and made a valiant effort of about 3 weeks then fell back into unhealthy habits. I hit an all time High weight of 212lbs in August of 2008. I went to the internet and started searches about diets and exercise. A lot of my serches ended up on the BB.com fourms. I started a Profile, and the rest is in the works.
Why I Love It:
I love that the pain, is a choice, and the Iron Never backs down. I love that no matter how hard I work today, I'll be back for more tomorrow.
How I Stay Motivated:
The biggest way I stay motivated is Jumping on BodyBuilding.com and surfing the Pictures, videos and fourms. If you think im just kiss'n some BB.com ass, then I challenge you.... Then next time you DONT want to workout/go to the Gym. Take a half hour and get on BB.com and start surfing the pics/videos/ and fourms.. Youll find yourself walking out the door within an hour.
I want some abs... Its a simple statement, but I know that I will have to be consistant.
My goal is to have an impressive, visable six-pack by July 1st.
I have been doing an amazing job of staying on my diet. I went exactally 9 days before I strayed away. Even when I did stray I recognized it ... "Had a soda and small fries" left it for what it was, and got back on my diet again for another 6 days straight.
Damn...Your def made some progress...I hope to do the same...any suggestions would be cool. I might ask you a thing or two along the way...if that's cool?.
Yeah cardio sucks all around you have to be really twisted to enjoy it but you will get there. Change it to something that you don't have to think or be sitting there just thinking how much longer do I have here!
Maybe you should check with a doctor and get blood work done. If you are feeling exhausted all the time it may signify something. Trust me, I know, I was suffering from constant fatigue and bloodwork shows that my body is producing way too much cholesterol which may cause fatigue which may end up being a thyroid problem.
Sorry I had to post here. It would let me post in your blog.
