BB Accomplishments:
1st place lightweight division: Balad Air Base Iraq Hardbody competition. This one meant a lot because I was the lightest guy in the whole competition (150 lbs) and and beat many people who outweighed me by 30-40 lbs.

Ben has some serious mass. That's not easy for an all natural athlete, especially one as tall as him. I met Ben training in Iraq. He gave some good advice to young aspiring bodybuilders at the competition there. When I see him workout- he's all business. Not one of those guys that looks around after every lift to see who all is watching.
The whole idea of trying to "peak" has got me completely baffled. I tried it at last year's (07) show and I ended up very smooth looking. I'm thinking of not changing anything this year and just going into it knowing that my look will stay consistent. Check out my photos from...
