Haven't been here in a while...

Posted in Training  :  Dec 28, 2010 5:52pm
Been running 3 miles a day for the past 3 weeks, this week i've started running 4 miles. Trying to get in good cardio shape and i want to lose 12lbs to weight 200lbs. My weight has fluctuated but hasn't gone down :( It sucks. Tomorrow i am going to start taking Ripped Fuel and hopefully it'll help my weight to drop and maybe give me more energy.

I feel weak and pathetic...

So i joined a gym and i've been going so far every other day with weekends off. I feel weak and pathetic at the gym. My first day there i felt like i didn't know what i was doing. Its only been 8 months! Well i did some measurements to see where i am at and i didn't lose any fat where i was hoping i would :( I worked out with an old partner a couple of days ago and he was amazed at how skinny i looked. Heres my old stats: You must have at least two entries to display a Weight Chart Height: 6'2.0" (1.88 m) Waist: 36.5" (92.71 cm) Weight: 220 lb (100.0 kg) Thighs: 24" (60.96 cm) B...

7 months since i last lifted

I got a job as a firefighter and my captain is totally against lifting. I went into the fire season weight 226lbs. Now the fire season is over and i weight under 200lbs. The only exercise we did as a crew was run. I ran 5-8 miles a day! Today was my first time lfiting weights. I've lost most of my strength, not much of my size. My waist is a lot smaller than it was. i haven't edited my bio stats but i will in the next couple of days. i need to get a gym membership. My ultimate goal is to be faster at running and a stronger hiker and weight around 185 with a really low bodyfat.
