My brother, Martin Ellis Joseph, introduced me into staying fit. He showed me that being healthy has its benifits,and not to mention how many women love guys who take care of their "temples." Since I first picked up a dumbell, I caught fire and kept working out on and off through the years. Now I am serious as ever,and I lift religously.
Why I Love It:
I love it because it IS a way of life.
I am more confident with my body,and it represents who I am and what I live for.

What is the most common reason that somebody gets injured while lifting?
not executing proper movement with too much weight....I THINK I HIT THE NAIL ON THE HEAD!!!! LOL
At first I didn't really have a "certain" workout plan. I was a nomad going from one type of plan to the next keeping my body in complete shock to new things. However, I am now currently getting trained by Bill Powell. Thanks to "Wild Bill" I am busting through many plateaus.

Man, I remember when I got my wisdom teeth removed. Those bastard said I'd be able to go to school that day. Yeah, with a mouth full of blood. I've got some funny wisdom teeth removal stories too.
Things have been coming along slowly but surely for me. Still training hard and crazy and trying to eat everything in sight. Now, if only all the fat would melt off of me and the muscle would pile itself on. :-) He he, its coming along faster than usual though. You back in yet?

I know those pull overs are importnant for streching....streching will produce a lot of growth....The one I had bill doing are killer....I keep trying to tell people that you can get killed with a little bit of weight, and you see it is possible.....I hope those abs aren't hurtin too much....
