What is the most dangerous weightlifting exercise? Why?
Any olympic lift such as power clean, clean and jerk, etc. You have to train these exercises for a couple of years until you can actually begin to put weight on the bar

What is the most common reason that somebody gets injured while lifting?
Improper form. Too often I see people performing an exercise they either saw on TV or someone else do with terrible form. It is kind of funny because I know they will not be able to get out of bed in the morning!! However, very few adults will take advice. My athletes on the other hand are constantly learning - they are very acceptable to advice and instructions.Improper form.
