So I love my hobby!  I take the photos of already well defined sculpted bodybuilders and do what's called "photo re-touching".  Then I create wallpapers.  It's basically what every designer/artist does with a photographers' pictures.  In most cases most of the hard work to make the model...

It's a 5X4 meaning 5 exercises with 4 sets.It really gets me ripped and I'm tight and my skin is ready to tear to shreds afterwards. Choose your weight accordingly, generally low reps.

Great work on your delts. I liked your budget workout video. I'm glad I watched it all the way through. At first I thought it was to hard core for me. If you like those workout options you might want to check out fitnessvip on youtube. Arnel has a bunch of old school workouts plus workout variations. Keep well.
