Looking to build more definition in my calves and legs and abs. Not looking for more size, just looking to be strong and efficient at the exercises I do for myself.

It's a 5X4 meaning 5 exercises with 4 sets.It really gets me ripped and I'm tight and my skin is ready to tear to shreds afterwards. Choose your weight accordingly, generally low reps.
1. Classic Bench Press

Great work on your delts. I liked your budget workout video. I'm glad I watched it all the way through. At first I thought it was to hard core for me. If you like those workout options you might want to check out fitnessvip on youtube. Arnel has a bunch of old school workouts plus workout variations. Keep well.
