How I Stay Motivated:
I like to see my body transform for the better. I know I am going to live a long and healthy life, with proper diet and exercise.
I want to try to look lean with plenty of muscle. I want to make clean eating a way of life for me and my wife year around.
Goal (Long):
I played college basketball and lifted weights for years. My body never looked good until I started eating right. Diet is everything! My long term goal is to add about 10 lbs. on my legs (my calfs need alot of work). I need to get more motivated to do legs and deadlifts.
I have found out an easy way to eat oatmeal. Put dry oatmeal directly in your protein shake three time a day. It tast good and it is much faster than cooking it.

hey there, so I am a big guy myself, and I got done with college sports and tried to make my own diet, it worked I lost 100lbs on that and cardio alone, but I cant find the right balance to keep lean mass and still stay cut. Any suggestions on the diet portion. My current is chicken, spinach, brown rice, raw oats, h20 h20 h20, and occasionally sugar free energy drinks.
