Push Down 12 - 15 reps 3 - 5 Sets.
Over the head extentions 12 - 15 reps 3 Sets.
Skull Crushers 15 reps (w/ 12 press when down each set) 5 - 6 sets.
1 Arm Pull dwons. 12 - 15 reps (SLOW only comming up half way) 3 - 5 sets.
Kick Backs w/ Dumbbells are good as well. Push Down 12 - 15 reps 3 - 5 Sets.

Leg Curl 12 - 15 reps 4 - 6 sets.
Calf Raises (any type) 15 - 20 reps 3 - 5 sets.
hey man - well i am pretty lean naturally - - still ahve taht layer of fat to contend with ... ye aman a month out thats gonna take some serious cardio and diet plus maybe some burners to help - what class you placing in?
