My dad lifted in the basement at our house. I wanted to follow in his footsteps. Lifting for football when I was growing up.
Why I Love It:
I like to be strong. I want to be a good example for me sons when he grows up. To be in shape in the later years of my life.

I think about guys that I grew up with. After high school they stopped & I never did.

yea i liek to go in 170-180 ish - ay 5'7 i be pretty unbeatable at taht weight !... so you have good support from family on all of this.

hey man - well i am pretty lean naturally - - still ahve taht layer of fat to contend with ... ye aman a month out thats gonna take some serious cardio and diet plus maybe some burners to help - what class you placing in?
