I noticed some posts of yours in the intermittent fasting section, you said you took up martins "Lean gains" approach for a while? How did this work out for you? Are you on the diet now?

I'm ok, pondering on doing a comp next year but its more of a beauty comp than a bodyfitness type thing so I may have to tone down on my quads and my lats.. but to be honest that might not be such a bad thing :)
