I want to have a body I'm proud of! I'm tired of being "skinny-fat", in other words having twigs for arms and having all the fat on my body reside on my midsection. I also recently realized that I've never worked out more than maybe 2 months at a time so that's gonna change.
Why I Love It:
To be honest, I don't like it lol. Who would? it exhausts the shit out of you, but at the end of the day you know it's going to be pay off 100 fold.
How I Stay Motivated:
Seeing everyone else on here that's accomplished their goals is enough to keep me motivated. And I just keep telling myself that it's going to be worth it

I've been working out for about 2 or 3 weeks. I've made tremendous strength gains and I just recently started eating over maintenance to add some muscle to my scrawny frame... 3000 cals a day does a body good
So this semester at school I've pretty much been playing catch up. I've also been debating on whether or not I should cut and get the six pack I've always wanted or bulk to put on some more muscle. I decided earlier this week that I was going to bulk as clean as possible so I don't add on...

as far as partying goes, I don't drink anymore. I will go out and hang out but as far as drinking I'm just not big on.
haha no man, i was eating like a pig and that probably led to the bulk. im currently undergoing the diet that you saw in my forum thread, the cut diet. it's pretty darn helpful, you should check it out.
