I started when I took part of an employee competition that promotes health and fitness, and I got completely hooked.
Why I Love It:
I love feeling sore and knowing that I really did something. Nutrition has also become fascinating to me.

Results and the next competition.

Have you ever had a lifting injury?
What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
Bicep tendonitis from poor form and posture, I have had this injury 9 months and have been in rehab for 4 weeks.
What is the most common reason that somebody gets injured while lifting?
Poor form, and trying to push through an injury rather than taking time to recover
What is the most dangerous weightlifting exercise? Why?
They are all dangerous, it isnt fair to single one out
