When I Started:
Jan, 2004
How I Started:
I have been physically active my entire life. Cardio was my main focus initially - running, hiking, and kickboxing. I started to lift seriously back in 2004. I'm definitely a hard gainer and find it a challenge just to consume enough calories and protein to sustain let alone experience growth. I was a dietetics major in college and I've always had an interest in reading/learning about bodybuilding diet and training. Still, I am always open to suggestions and tips on improving my physique.
Why I Love It:
Being physically active is a huge stress reliever - Runners high and endorphin spike - Improved physique and muscular development
How I Stay Motivated:
My motivation comes from the desire to stay health and vital! I also love the way I feel while workingout.
BB Accomplishments:
I have considered training for a figure and/or fitness competition at some future point so with that in mind I always put forth effort to stay in shape.
