I hear ya on Can-Fit but I'm looking forward to it this year to get me back into that mode for Sept (it's been all about nutrition for the past year). More pics will definitely be coming :)
I was at Glen Erin with Ellie for 3 years and have been in school for the past year (to get my designation as a Holistic Nutritionist) and just got hired by Dan to start this Sept. You kind of look familiar to me, too but it's kinda hard to tell from one pic, lol. Thanks for the compliment :)
hey check out my new workout program, simplified it and you can just add or delete workouts to mess with the muscles when you feel you need a change. Tell me what you think.. Big day sunday, photo and measurment day, gonna have to blast my muscles before I get out the tape. LOL
Well, you're more prone to injury with heavy, and you can fatigue muscle fibers more with high rep sets. I do 50, 100 and 200 rep leg presses. Now that's pain! Your mind literally goes to a special place or you will go crazy!
I do Dog Crap sets from time to time. I use various types of training and don't stick to one theme. I rarely tho, lift heavy sets. Mostly high rep sets. ed aka Ol Supe
never done dc, not a real fan of the h.i.t forms. I could go into that for days but space is limited here. Maybe I'll write a blog post bout that. You can try it though, nothing wrong with that, experimentation is alway good.
