Mainly staying fit for work and military. Lately(this year) I have been hitting the gym almost every day.
Why I Love It:
I love the feeling, I love how I feel and look.

It's either do or die. I see people everyday who did not take care of themselves and I don't want to end up like them.

Good luck with reaching your goals. I would say stay active and make your workouts varied and fun, since you like a lot of different sports and outdoor activities.
