Well at the moment i have just started a 5 X 5 program on a split routine so I alternate one day upper body and the next day lower body!! Basically you do 5 sets of 5 reps per muscle group at around 90% of your max. I also do around 20 min low intensity cardio to get my heart rate up and the blood flowing. Abs i work everyday (need to see them soon). Im doing this to increase my strength and my mass!!
Routine 1
Chest, 5 sets, 5 reps
Biceps, 5 sets, 5 reps
Back, 5 sets, 5 reps
Triceps, 5 sets, 5 reps
Shoulders, 5 sets, 5 reps
Routine 2
Quads, 5 sets, 5 reps
Hamstrings, 5 sets, 5 reps
Calves, 5 sets, 5 reps |
