How I Started:
I've been quite active my whole life but let it slip when I left school! I then made the decision to change everything cos i was so sick of feeling crap about myself! Im nowhere near what I want to look like but I have taken that first step and will continue to keep pushing myself until I get where I want to!!
Why I Love It:
That sense of accomplishing something that you worked your ass off for and seeing those gains from all the hard work!!!
How I Stay Motivated:
Everyday being motivated by my girlfriend, family and friends.. being as fit and healthy as i can.. there is no excuse!!! Everyone on bodyspace with their words of inspiration and seeing the progress they make is a huge motivation for me !!

Thanx Clint. Yip trainng is going rock solid and I am especially glad the swimming is going so great. I am getting quite cardi fit lately and have heaps more energy during the day. Hope your training is also going well? Wish you and all your loved ones a blessed Christmas celebrating Christ. G.

Wow! At the moment I am very focused on my training and diet, I following the body for life training and cutting carbs for the final leaning up phase! I have gone from 23% bf to 16% and I am aiming for 10% by the 24th... How about yourself?

Thats awesome dude, my training is pretty good i use a wheelchair acessable gym and i can do seated rows from my chair, pull downs, and machine benches, right now today i'm having a ramp built on my floor so i can pull up and back up to it easier, pretty soon i'll be freakin huge :) take care
