im only doing NPC shows as warm up for pro qualifiers from now on...so next year i will do the north star to get ready for the OBC show....ya im a big deal. Got sponsered a few weeks ago...west coast nutrition, sweet huh

show went pretty well. Ya, the judging was bullshit. Layne Norton and his wife came up to me after and told me I should have gotton 1st in novice and 2nd or 3rd in Open short. Im still happy with how i looked and ill just use that to motivate me more. Ill be back on that stage in 2010. How is your training going...when you hittin the stage again
