Hey, just wondering about you. Did gold's classic last weekend. took 1st in womens open. will do council bluffs on the 26th for my first pro show. how bout guys? work is a complete and utter mess. so many needs, and of course, federal paperwork. i can't even breath right now. please keep me posted. oh, and let me live vicariously through your rides, tell me all about it. don't know which month for oxygen. will let you know when i know!!!

Clif, it was a blast. You two are just terrific!!! I think I can still compete for womens overall but that would be it. show in sept, here. It will be my first pro. Please let me know about Iowa. You are too funny and your waist is almost as small as mine!!!! First they go for symmetry, then muscularity then presentation. I can't wait to meet you. This is a really good show. Between all three components they have 150 contestants. I guess I will see you Sat for sure. I am leaving home around 4 on Friday to register.

You make me smile, Clif. Hallmark called the GM of gold's where I work out and asked for names and info on bodybuilders he had. They contacted me and I sent them to this site to see if I was material they could use. She emailed and said they did. After I picked myself up off the floor I finished getting the details!!!
They are coming out with a new line of cards and video. So we will be shooting tomorrow at a gym. A male bodybuilder and myself. Our time is 1-3 so I assume there are others at different times. I will be a model for them. Cards, e-cards, e video etc. I even get paid!!!
Oh, wow, I didn't realize that. It is just literally up the road for me. I am so looking forward to meeting you. It is all mental from here, just remember that. You will do fine and what a learning experience and if nothing else, it will look good on your portfolio as there are so few people that have the ability to reach the goals you have reached. You should be proud of your accomplishments.
Thanks, Clif. It has come together so easily this time. My low back is now coming in, which has NEVER happened. I am pretty excited to see what happens in the next 3 weeks. Now I am just making sure not to peek too early. Never thought I would say those words in that order!!!!
