Overall Goal: Want to lose at least 50 lbs over 1.5yrs, train for lacrosse teams and ultimately take advantage of my absurd known-potential and show up looking like a fitness cover model.
In 4 mo. I turn 25. My goal is to be at 220 by then.
Fit Status:
Back from the run, no more work to do. Quick shake, then to the gym. Jim? Gym!
Lifelong athlete, got to college where I hit the books, the sorority parties, and definitely the beers and late night food. I know I've been blessed with tremendous athletic ability and genetics that people would kill for. I'm not sure exactly what I want to do with it, but now that I'm in grad school, I know that I want to maximize that potential and be in the best shape my body can create.
Why I Love It:
For now, I just love the rush-- on and off the field. I'm hoping I'll love the motivation that I can find there, I'm hoping I'll love the results.
How I Stay Motivated:
Just getting started, still searching for that ultimate motivation. For now it's wanting to be in killer, cover model athlete shape. Mirrors "help."
BB Accomplishments:
They say the first step is the hardest...

the most obvious improvement, which is pretty exciting cause it means I'm cutting fat on my haunches which is where most of it is at. although since I'm losing it there from the shoulders down, what's left to burn stands out more.

I want to drop from 250 to at or just below 200lbs as quickly as possible while maintaining solid, lean muscle in some places and building it in others. Mostly I want to burn off all of the waste I picked up in college sitting on my ass and get down to single-digit BF%. Along the way I want to be able to return to my high intensity lacrosse training and incorporate that into my routines.
Just wanted to check in and let y'all know I hadn't forgotten you, or my training. I thought I had bounced back pretty quick from the food poisoning but a day later the food poisoning bounced back harder. In bed for the better part of the last couple days, trying to stay...
Thank you for the friendship invite Johnny, I appreciate it. Best wishes for much success with your training. Please feel free to drop by anytime, I enjoy getting to know my new friends :) ~ Jen
