Just started lifting weights so that I could be stronger and stay healthy
Why I Love It:
The results are rewarding. Also like being strong. I have an awesome wife and eight great kids. I want to stay strong and healthy for them as well as for myself.
How I Stay Motivated:
I now stay motivated by logging into BB.com. This site really helps me to track my progress as well as get ideas for working through plateaus.

This picture was taken when I had too much body fat. My goal is to reduce my bodyfat and hold onto as much mass as possible.
This picture was taken at the end of my bulking period. I reached a goal of 175. I have a 20% bf, my plan is to now train down to 15% bf
Cutting right now, trying to get my bf% down to 12.
Goal (Long):
I want to reduce my body fat and increase definition.
My goal is to have 17.5" arms, a 47" chest,52" shoulders and a 31" waist by the summer. I would also like to decreas my bodyfat to 15%.
It's been a few weeks. I weighed myself yesterday and I was at 170 lbs and 19% bf. My weight is dropping pretty fast, I just hope that my bf does as well. I am eating pretty light but still getting plenty of protein. I am also doing some pretty intense cardio.
training is going better than the diet is Clem.
doing good in Boot Camp. showin some new developments, but until I get the diet under contgrol, I am doomed to a pot belly. how do you keep yours flat
Thanks Clem, that really means a lot. Yeah, I've been working hard in the gym and it's always nice to get compliments.
You look like your still improving. I wish I had your arms, lol. Well, someday maybe I'll get there.
