Comments: I had not been doing any training for over a month. Two nights before the contest I was hospitalized with a staph infection so bad my left knee wouldn't even bend. I was so broke I ate absolutely nothing the day of the contes. And in my second fight I twisted my ankle so bad it still isn't the same size as the other ankle. But I still managed to win 3 more matches to make it to the finals, which went to over time. But I wound up getting tapped out in the final seconds.
