Thanks for the reply. I chose to stick with Cytogainer, just went with a different flavor.

Sup Mayne. I saw your review of Universal Real Gains on the bb.com website and was wondering what you thought of it? I am looking to try something new since I've been on Cytogainer for a while (had a lot of success), but want to try something new. How does it compare to Cytogainer if you've used it too?

Was on a website and saw your pic and a link to it. Wasn't sure if you approved of its use or not, so just notifying you of it.

I stuck to dumbbel exercises for a long time. I switched it up to barbell months back, but doing dumbbell flat bench and dumbbell incline builds a bigger, fuller chest with better definition IMO. I also do the hammer/incline press machine and finish up my chest workouts with cable crossover and sometimes underhand cable crossovers.

I usually do 4 sets with between 10-5 reps. Sometimes I go as high as 12 or low as 4, but I try to stay with 10, 8, 8, and 6. As for protein drinks, I take 2 cytogainer shakes a day. 1 in the morning and 1 before night or after my workout. You are looking pretty big for your age too.

Traps I use this squat machine but I do shoulder shrugs with it instead. I also do barbell shrugs in the power rack too. For shoulders, I do heavy barbell shoulder presses (not as much db shoulder presses anymore, but they are good too), behind the neck machine, seated lateral raises, and I also do single arm cable raises. Hope all that helped. I usally go heavy on these exercises and lower reps(or whatever is heavy for me).

Eat a lot of food and get a good weightgainer or protein source with a lot of calories. That especially helps when you can't get as much food in during the day if you are busy.
