thanks for responding man, i know u kind of do some muscle groups twice per week with the compounds and stuff but would u recommend a proper split for it e.g. chest/back, shoulders/arms, legs then repeat twice a week or something oh and how much cals do u get in while bulking

i dont think its worth it, it comes at a price....and health problems to, and as soon as you stop using it you shirkn and look worse than before you atarted, juice ruins people lifes sometimes. you look good man dont need it. keep it real be riffrent.
