I work 7pm-7am and don't like to lift after working the night before, but I'll still rock some cardio...sleep = strength
Monday: 45 minutes cardio
Wednesday: Chest and Triceps
Thursday: 45 minutes cardio
Friday: Back and Biceps
Sunday: 45 minutes cardio

I'm not trying to lose those last few stubborn pounds yet, so carbs are still my friend.
I DO: 4-5 meals a day with 20-30g of protein a meal. I try to eat veggies with every meal and drink lots of water.
I Don't: eat 2nds, drink alcohol, drink pop, snack food, chips, fast food

About 60g of protien a day from shakes. Monster amino pre, 5g creatine post workout. Universal's liver tablets with meals.
