Working out in High School to get stronger. Got a slipped disc in my lower back playing football. Started lifting to rehab and I just loved working out.

Want to get my body fat down to as low as I can. Not sure how low it is now but i still have alittle on my stomach and on my lower back that I would love to get rid of .
First thing i did this morning was look at the mirror before my run and was pleased to see that my abs are starting to be more defined than last week. I am planning on running monday tuesday thurday and friday this week 4 miles each day.
