Overall Goal: I want to get as much lean mass as possible but still be able to fight at 185lbs.

How I Started:
I started lifting when I was in the Marine Corps as a form of stress relief.
I started out weighing 175 lbs and was 6 Feet tall. I have gained 45-50 lbs and also grown an inch somehow.
Why I Love It:
I can easily measure my progress and determine success and failure.
How I Stay Motivated:
Arnold and Smallville. I need to be able to lift at least a pick-up truck if not a tractor.
BB Accomplishments:
Benching 315, getting my weight over 200 lbs, 215 lbs, and getting up to 228 lbs which is the heaviest I have been yet.
