When I Started:
Feb, 2007
How I Started:
I'm overseas and away from home, not much else to do. Plus I've never been thin/fit so this is a perfect opportunity for me to get there.
Why I Love It:
Helps the day go by a little bit faster and gives me more energy.
How I Stay Motivated:
Seeing the results each week with not only appearance, but increased weight/reps. Not to mention I feel so much better when I've been regularly working out.
BB Accomplishments:
Just completed first 5K event...not an outstanding time, but I never had to stop and walk. 31:14
I'm currently basing all of my workouts off of the 12 Week Transformation Guide writting by Kris Gethin. I'm nearly halfway done as of October 29th and I can definitely see and feel the difference in myself.
Thank you more than anything, a compliment like that helps me everyday at the gym! Keep an eye out for my iron man pics tommorrow and if you get time please vote!
Thanks,
Francescah
Careful w/the Lipo6! Dont think its worth the money! Keep hittin the weights, trust in pull ups and push ups [increase those numbers!], and keep eating healthy meals.. Do it without the drugs, man! Eat your red meat for the amino acids and B-vits and you should be tight! It's all about being consistent and making progress. That takes time and dedication. Flush the drugs!
Yay for the Air Force! My dad and one of my best friends are both AF Vets. I always go in w/a plan. Generally two upper [M/Th] and two lower body [T/F] workouts a week w/several cardio events. Always different workouts and varied reps and sets every few weeks. The best part: being strict on nutrition. I made a crustless, low fat, diabetic (Splenda!), pumpkin "pie" tonight, and, though it sounds disappointing, it was SO good [esp. with the fat free Reddiwip]!
I have a specific thing to do everyday, but it's just hard to stay motivated after a long day of classes and Rugby stuff. I want to do a cool down work out after rugby, but that usually gos by the way side...
I need to basically just keep in shape. I need to continue my running and working out in the gym. I'm having a hard time keeping motivated, though. I have asked others to work out with me, but they flake and I really don't know what to do.
Are you sure you want to use L6? I mean you are 12 lbs done, its comin off nicely. Maybe try some carb cycling or have a good rest and break through the plateau. Don't rush this too much!
