When I Started:
How I Started:
I started working out when I was in grade school. Just doing 50 push ups/sit ups every morning and evening before bed. Gradually got serious with it.
Why I Love It:
I work out to keep the fat off and to live a healthy lifestyle. I also do it to keep my on top of my game, snowboard, golf, baseball, coach.
How I Stay Motivated:
Setting new goals and lifting with a partner really helps me stay motivated.
