Sorry for the very belated response. I was not on here for a while. Ballys is alright. I really can't complain. I have a great personal trainer that works there.

Roman chair and I will alternate legs out..knees up and so forth..doing about 2 sets of 20, then 2 sets of 15. Hope this helps a bit, Lookin awesome! Nick

oh for sure..I love working out I can spend hours on end at the gym. I have been eating really good for a long time..so the diet isn't horrible..just more strict. I feel fine

Have you checked out my ab blog yet..I got some info there on my ab routine as well as in my journal..I usually to leg lifts 4 sets of 15-20 reps at a very consistent, slow and controlled pace really focusing on form. This is my main routine for hitting lowers. I also do them everyday. Let me know if you have any other questions, Lookin awesome dude! Nick
