How I Started: WELL I WAS TIRED OF BEING NASTY AND INSECURE IN MY OWN SKIN. SO WHEN MY HUSBAND LEFT FOR IRAQ IN APRIL OF THIS YEAR I DECIDED HE WAS GOING TO COME HOME TO A NEW AND IMPROVED ME!
Why I Love It: I LOVE THE SWEAT. I KNOW IT'S CRAZY... IM ADDICTED TO THE SWEAT! WHEN I SWEAT I KNOW IM WORKIN HARD. AND IM ALSO ADDICTED TO THE AMOUNT OF ENERGY I NOW HAVE AND HOW THE CLOTHES GET BIGGER AND I GET SMALLER. ALSO THE ONE THING THAT I LOVE IS THE WAY MY MAN LOOKS AT THE NEW MOTIVATED ME!
How I Stay Motivated: WHEN I JUST DONT WANT TO GO TO THE GYM AND I WOULD RATHER SIT AT HOME AND BE LAZY ON THE COUCH. I LEAN ON MY HUSBAND FOR SUPPORT. HE CAN MOTIVATED ME JUST BY SAYING.. "IT TAKES DEDICATION BABE PLEASE GO WITH ME". AND I SAY.. "FINE I'LL GO" AND THEN ONCE IM THERE IM HAPPY I WENT AND I FEEL GOOD AND IM BACK INTO MY GROOVE!
BB Accomplishments: WELL MAYBE NOT MY MUSCLES EXCEPT FOR MY LEGS. THEY LOOK PRETTY GOOD. BUT MY BIGGEST ACCOMPLISHMENT IS GOING FROM A SIZE 15 IN JEANS TO A SIZE 10. WOOOHOO BABY... BRING ON THE 5 AND 7'S.

Goals:
Main Goal: Transform My Body
Goal (Short): I want to see me in the 130's range and feel good about myself mentally and physically!
Goal (Long): All my life I have struggled with my appearence and I am sick of it. I am married to a Marine who is into fitness and weight training. At first I wanted to get in to fitness to have something to have in common with him. But then I realised that I needed to want it for myself. Not for him. So when he left in April 07' I started to slowly transform my bad habbits. I joined a boxing club and lost about 27 lbs before he got home. I also went from 38% body fat to 32% body fat. But since he came home in November I gained 5 lbs. back and feel like crap. So I am getting back on the waggon again but this time it is for the long haul. I am at 170 lbs. right now a size 10. My goal is to be between 132 and 135 by the summer of 2008 to wear my first bikini and feel damn good about myself. I also want to be about 24% body fat. So here it goes. Wish me luck!
Weight Goal: I want to LOSE 40 lb
Bodyfat Goal: 24%

It is great that you are working to get fit. Always believe in yourself and challenge yourself to be the best that you can be. Combine a good nutrition plan with some form of cardio and weight lifting and you will be amazed at the changes and the speed at which they can occur. I did the Body for Life program, which is for a total of 12 weeks and received amazing results. You may want to give it a look-see. Let me know if there is anything that I can do.
