Jawbreaker09 hey man sorry I'm getting back to ya late. This mission schedule I'm on sucks! lol my rotator cuff is doing better. I've been icing it, stretching more, and wrapped my shoulder a few times. I even went and got a massage for it lol. Hope you've been able to get them supersets! I can only imagine how frustrating it is. Honestly, I forgot what week I am on. My final date is October 12th, so I'm around week 7/8. Sep 9, 2011 1:00pm

It's rough getting back on schedule after all the traveling and time zone changes will leave you worn out for a few days.....at least it sure did me in this week!!! Get some rest and stick with your goals even with all the tempting food choices around that have been out of reach for so long, you've made great progress so far.
