How I Started:
Gained 10 pounds while my wife was pregnant, Decided that I am going to put some muscle on and lose some body fat.
Why I Love It:
I love the pump and the way I look in the mirror after working out. Keeps me looking and feeling young. Helps me stay active with my four children.
How I Stay Motivated:
Looking in the mirror and seeing constant results. Knowing that in 10 years I can still run a circle around my kids and have them say Dad you look great.
BB Accomplishments:
Added five pounds of muscle while losing 7 % body fat.

Goal (Long):
Well I made it through phase 1. I lost the first 7% body fat and put on about 5 lbs. of muscle. I shooting now for phase 2. Another 5-10 lbs of muscle and another 7%-10% body fat. Wish me luck.
