Basically, my workout program consists of Fast walking/Running (HIIT) 4-5 days a week and weight lifting 3 days a week. I also, manage to move around alot at work and lift a couple of boxes. My main goal everyday is to keep moving.

Consuela, Great Blog entry. Ya, fitness can have it's up and downs. But look at you with your size dropping fast! Great job, you know what that means shopping time! I went from a 46in waist to a 38.75 today! It took me about 5months. So u can do this! Great progress already! J

Hey there Ms. Lady... I'm doing...got this nasty flu bug that's been doing the rounds, but I have been trying to do a little something in the gym nevertheless.. it's so darn hard when you're NOT feeling well! I'm making progress... hoping to be out of the 180's for good this week... it's been a long time coming, but I figure, if I do is slow and steady it'll be a FOREVER change!!! How bout you?
