My College Roomate was obsessed w/ Bodybuilding and what can I say, I caught the Iron bug.
I love the punishment. I love the war inside your head when you feel tired but you drive on, where you have distractions, but refocus and power through. I love walking into the gym, checking the outside world at the door, and battling the Iron.

I love the oppository muscle group supersets that it utilizes to maximize work and rest in an hour period. You get maximal rest btw like sets, and keep your heart rate elevated sufficiently to make your workout really dynamic! Focus is on free range movements, making dumbells optimal for most exercises. You will see on my log that I have modified his workout and added some additional exercises.
All workouts done in morning in a superset with oppository muscle groups with Cardio following in the afternoon or evening. Right now emphasis is on volume (10-12 rep) on the first 2 sets, with sets 3-5 using heavier weights with a decreasing rep range (from 4-8.) Each lifting workout ideally takes around an hour and is followed by a post workout shake.
