Overall Goal:  Im already in great shape. I just want to gain even more muscle. 10lbs to 20lbs+ of pure muscle by the end of this year.

Fit Status:  I haven't worked out all week due to my tendonitis igury in my elbow. I start back tommorow -October 11th 2009.

Why I Love It:
It makes me feel great! I like taking my shirt off and blowing most other guys away. Lol.

the weight is all that exists. It is my life and somehow it has to go back up>>>

Everyone tells me I look like i've been hitting them 'jail weights'... Lol. Makes me feel good. Haha.

This was a year ago. I was already in good shape, but I simple wasn't to my desired goal. Now that i've reached my old one, I have set a new one. Can't wait to top it out! Woooaaahhh!!!!!!
165lbs!!! I think right now im at about 6.3%body fat. I need to measure in.
