How I Started:
Always have loved working out and lifting weights... I am now ready to see how much I can reshape my body and take it to the next level.
Why I Love It:
There is just something about lifting, running or whatever you love to do to get the rush! I would probably die if I didn't work out! Helps not only keep me feeling better but I can handle the challenges of family... (Kids) LOL
How I Stay Motivated:
Don't want to get old and not be able to do the things that I love to do... Wake Board, Tennis, Racquetball, boating... pretty much be able to play.
BB Accomplishments:
I stay in pretty good shape but want to get size and sculpted.

12 weeks is a good plan.I like to switch mine more often,like 6-8 weeks.It just depends how quickly you adapt and what your training goals for each program are.

You need to keep changing up your routine. I made the mistake of not doing that enough. The weight, reps and sets and type of exercise needs to not stay the same. You are welcome :)

That is real good! The exercise works wonders when you go heavy.Your abs will come...keep lifting and keep them tight when you do!
