M1-08:30> 8 egg whites> 2 sl ezekial cinn rais bread> 2 ea whole eggs> 1/4 c kraft 2 % Shredded cheese> 3 turkey sausage links> breakfast potatoes (I know this is bad, but seemingly doesnt hurt me.....yet)
> M2-10:30> 2sc mass gainer (will be Inifinte Labs)> 2tbs adams pb/ greek yougurt no fruit> 1 ea fiber one bar ( any flavor)> chicken salad
> M3-12:30> 8 oz chicken breast > 1 ea alternative bagel> 1 apple> 2 oz almonds> 2 tbs ff cream cheese>
> M4-14:30> 6oz top sirlion > 12 oz sweet potatoe> 1 oz brown sugar > Infinite Labs Whey protein
> M5 16:30> 2 sc mass gainer> > M6(post workout)> 8 oz chicken breast> 1c brown rice> > M7(dinner)> 8 oz 96% ff ground beef> 1c ff refried beans > 1/4 c kraft shr cheese> > total cal- 5106> protein - 335.5> fat- 96.5 > carbs- 724
