Its time for a change, I've been working out on and off FOREVER, and nothing about my look has changed. Im getting serious now. Need to focus on dropping body fat percentage, and gaining muscle.

HOW I STARTED:

It all started in grade 9 weight training class, i was up and at it doing some kind of exercise almost everyday

WHY I LOVE IT:

I love the way i feel, and look. Most of all I love all of the positive affirmations I think of while i run, lift weights, make dinner, ect. My mind seems to be in a better place while I'm focused on myself.

My Motivation Program

I have been working out for years but suffer from a disorder called 3 weeks on, 3 weeks off! I cant seem to stay focused for more than a month, this time around I want to make things happen, with a 6 week plan - at the very least. NO MORE THREE WEEKS OFF! as soon as i see results, Im back on the lazy wagon. Im going to use this site as my motivation :)

Seeing some changes!

Yesterday was an amazing Delts and abs day! i was really starting to see some def. while i worked out. I cant quite lift heavier weights, but my body has transformed slightly. I know that if i keep this work up, something big will happen soon. Today is Biceps/Triceps another one of my fav work outs. funny how they are all becoming my favorites - EXCITED!

well, i hate to say but i had drinks and bad food on thursday, so i missed my thursday workout - all the way until sunday! booo-urns. I'll be getting back into the gove today, changing me work out program, was getting bored, and feeling like i need to do more exercises per muscle group each work out. I chowed down on so much nasty food, my stomach was so bloated it could have been preggers. I guess not being used to eating like that took its toll. anyway. getting back onto the wagon, and not giving up like i used to do is my plan of action

Love legs day! always been my favorite. Not alot to say today. Still really eager and excited about getting to the gym. Will be meeting a girlfriend after work today to help her get started at the gym. She's never worked out  before really, so i want to show her some really basic moves for each major  muscle group. Hopefully she likes it. We talked about getting together 3 times a week for a month. If shes able to stay in it for the month, she'll be hooked for life (Aren't we all) One new thing though, I used my HR Monitor for my entire work out(s) yesterday. Gave me a really good id...
