How I Started:
I was diagnosed with high blood pressure and weighed in at 220lbs with 35%+ body fat. I knew if I wanted to live long enough to retire I would need to change things. So I begun my transformation.
Why I Love It:
I love seeing the results and the remarks people say when they see me.
How I Stay Motivated:
Friends and family. Everyone is amazed at my transformation to this point(cal. deficit/fat loss.... -40lbs in 70 days). Now its time to start rebuilding clean!

this was the day I decided I had to change. The most I have ever weighed in my life!
This is day 60 of P90X. Stuck with a low cal. deficit to shed weight. Once I hit 175-180 after the 90 days it will be time for a clean rebuild. I am happy with the results so far. But Rome was not built in a day niether is your body.
To drop from 220 to about 175 then start a clean rebuild.
Goal (Long):
Using P90X and the diet guide I have been working out daily. By keeping a carb deficit at around 1500/day I have been able to shed 40 lbs.. I am sitting at 180 and I am planning on my rebuild phase. Any help with supplements would be great! I dont want to be huge due to my profession but I want to be well defined. Maybe good enough to compete in a couple local nightclub best body competitions (to start..LOL) Any help would be great!
