1. Build Muscle in my shoulders and back.
2. Have stronger legs with whey less fat.
3. Loose bodyfat for scale weight of 130.
I know these goals will come in stages, right now I am working on loosing bodyfat while still trying to maintain, slightly build muscle. I want to see what I have to work with under the fat layers before I decide how I want to sculpt my body. Hope this makes sense.
