Have you ever had a lifting injury?
Yes
What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
Leg press broke with me under it, broke my knee, I took off from 2002 and got into other things, now in 2008 I'm back and ready for it with good people looking after my knee and training.

Squats and bench, those heavy sets can be harmfull when done incorrect.
