Hey Chazzy, wow what a gain of mass. You must be working hard. I stepped up my cardio and was 199lbs now back to 200lbs, I like this weight so I'm staying with it. I have a 6 pack! Woot.

Do it, I like it a lot and there are many different areas you can take a medical career in.

Aww thanks man. It is hard with the really cold weather to stay motivated, but before each birthday I always workout hardcore. Im 27 sat.

Thanks man! I try hard but my abs are not lean...Im jogging a lot so I hope to get down to 200lbs soon.

Thanks man. I hadnt seen egg protein before. Are you lactose intolerant or have dairy issues? Ive always used whey protein since 2001.

Weight training is OK but my goal is to get more ripped muscle so Im doing more cardio. Im 213lbs after holidays haha,
