What do you do before your workout to get motivated and energized?
Eat some carbs and try to have a pre-workout drink.

So Im pretty sure I am plateauing right now. Im not to surprised about it though. I have changed my workout about every two weeks trying to keep myself from reaching this point. I have been drinking a ton of water and been only taking cyto gainer 2/day. The only side effects I have had so far...
