How I Started:
1st semester of college, PE credit required 30 min/day,3/week of something athletic. tennis, swim, run, weights. Weights meant i could be indoors and no cardio
Why I Love It:
I love the personal challenge that comes with it. Beating myself. Extra weight, the last rep. I wanna be fit for the rest of my life.
How I Stay Motivated:
Lately its my desire to be a firefighter. Its got me doin more full body type lifts and hittin some extra cardio. Sometime ago it was cause I was tired of being the fat kid.
BB Accomplishments:
I guess just being able to lose weight and keep it off. Havent broken any physique or large weight records yet.

Goal (Long):
I was extremely overweight in highschool. (about 5'9'', 260lbs. O-line!) I started lifting in college and now I usually weigh in about 185. For a brief moment I wanted to bodybuild and gain some weight back and worked back up to around 205, but now I've turned my sights to EMT/Fire/Rescue and want the cardio, stamina, and strength to perform that job to the best of my ability. My overall phyiscal appearance is now second to my overall physical conditioning, although i wouldn't mind tightening and toning a few last resistance areas.

I want to GAIN 5 lb
